    About Biohazard Cleanup Connect

Biohazard Cleanup Connect is a referral and information guide for people who need biohazard, crime scene, or trauma cleanup help. We connect callers with independent cleanup companies that serve their area. We are not a cleanup company ourselves.

    Need to discuss a cleanup?

    Call (786) 628-8505

We are paid a referral fee for qualified calls. You do not pay us for the call.

    Our role

    Information, then an independent provider.

Families, property owners, and facilities can face unfamiliar decisions after a traumatic event or when biological waste needs attention. This site offers practical guides to help you understand the situation, identify useful questions, and decide what to discuss with a cleanup company.

Biohazard Cleanup Connect is published by Jerd Holdings Pty Ltd, registered in New South Wales, Australia. We publish information and operate a referral service; we do not carry out cleanup or waste disposal.

    The phone inquiry

    What happens when you call

Your call is forwarded through our referral partner to a call center that is available 24/7. The call center asks for the ZIP code where cleanup is needed and connects callers to a biohazard cleanup company serving that area. The call center does not perform cleanup. Calls may be recorded.

Service depends on your ZIP code, and a connection may not be available in some areas. A call is an inquiry, not a booking. The independent company confirms its own availability, scope, credentials, timing, and price with you.

    Referral compensation

    How this site is paid

Biohazard Cleanup Connect earns a referral fee for calls that meet the applicable qualified-call criteria. You do not pay us for the call. The fee gives us a financial interest in qualified calls.

Read the full Referral Fee Disclosure for details about our role and compensation.

    Before work starts

    Ask the company directly

We do not check the companies your call reaches.

In Florida, ask for the company's DOH registration number and look it up on the Florida Department of Health's trauma scene cleanup provider list . The list concerns trauma scene cleanup providers. The Department says it does not regulate or endorse the cleanup procedures used by the companies listed.

Anywhere, ask for proof of insurance and a written estimate before any work starts. Discuss the proposed scope, exclusions, timing, and charges with the company, and confirm that it handles the material and property involved. The company is responsible for its own work and terms.

    Research and corrections

    How we research our guides

Our research draws on sources such as state statutes, government agency guidance, and companies' own published information where relevant. Official sources can help explain a rule or agency's role; a company's own information can help identify what it says about its services.

Rules and public information can change. Follow the sources linked in a guide and confirm current requirements with the relevant authority or provider for your situation.

About page reviewed November 2, 2026. The Florida provider-list guidance was checked against the linked Florida Department of Health page.
