    Privacy Policy

    This notice describes Google Analytics 4 site measurement, information that may be processed through technical services, and the phone inquiry option.

    Who operates this site and what this notice covers

    Biohazard Cleanup Connect is an independent information and referral guide. The site is operated by Jerd Holdings pty Ltd.

    This notice concerns personal information that may be processed in connection with the public pages at biohazardcleanupconnect.com. It does not govern an outside website, phone carrier, or independent provider’s own services or privacy practices.

    The site currently has no web inquiry form, account-registration system, or payment checkout. This describes the website itself, not what a hosting or platform provider may process to operate it, or what may happen when someone answers a phone call.

    Information that may be processed

    • Browsing and technical details. When a browser requests a page, hosting, delivery, or security services may process an IP address, requested page, date and time, browser or device details, referring page, and diagnostic or security log data, depending on their configuration. The operator has not confirmed which fields those services collect or retain.
    • Google Analytics 4 (GA4). The site uses GA4 for site measurement. The configured page-view event includes the page title and pathname, without query strings or URL fragments, and is not configured to send contact details or form/call content. GA4 may also process usage, browser/device, and approximate-location information according to the Analytics property settings.
    • Information from a call. The site displays (786) 628-8505 as an inquiry option. The call is initiated by you. Your call is forwarded through our referral partner to a biohazard cleanup company that serves your area. See “The displayed phone number” below before sharing details.

    The displayed phone number

    The displayed number is an inquiry option only. Service depends on your ZIP code, and a connection may not be available in some areas. Calling does not create a booking or guarantee a response, referral, or service. The independent provider confirms its own availability, scope, credentials, and price directly.

    Your call is forwarded through our referral partner to a biohazard cleanup company that serves your area. We are paid a referral fee for qualified calls. You do not pay us for the call. We do not check the companies your call reaches.

    Before sharing sensitive or scene-specific information, ask the company how it handles information and whether the call is recorded or tracked. Share only details you are comfortable providing.

    How information may be used

    Where technical information or a message is available to the operator or its service providers, it may be used to:

    • deliver, maintain, and protect the website;
    • diagnose technical issues, security incidents, or misuse;
    • measure site traffic and page views through Google Analytics 4;
    • review and respond to privacy requests; and
    • meet applicable legal obligations or protect legitimate rights and safety, as permitted by law.

    These purposes do not establish whether website browsing data is linked to a phone inquiry or how information from a call is handled.

    When information may be shared

    Hosting, website-platform, delivery, or security providers may process technical data as part of operating or protecting the site, depending on the services and settings in use.

    The site uses Google Analytics 4 for site measurement. Google processes data sent through Analytics under its own applicable terms and privacy information, including the Google Privacy Policy.

    Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or security, consistent with applicable law.

    Some pages link to outside public resources and may describe contact with independent providers. Those organizations control their own websites and services. The site currently has no web inquiry form that submits visitor details to a provider. Calls are forwarded through our referral partner to a biohazard cleanup company that serves your area.

    Cookies, analytics, and similar technologies

    The site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for site measurement. Its page-view tag is configured to send one page_view for the initial page load and each client-side route change. The site also records taps on its referral phone links and the pathname of the page where the tap occurred. A tap does not tell us whether a call was completed. These events omit URL query strings and fragments and are not configured to send contact details or call content. Google Signals and advertising-personalization signals are disabled in the tag.

    GA4 may process information about site usage, page views, browser and device details, and approximate location according to the Analytics property settings. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies, depending on those settings and your browser. The tag loads on the live site without a separate Accept/Reject banner. The operator has not yet confirmed whether property-level measurement features add other data collection.

    You can use browser and device settings to block or clear cookies and limit tracking. Blocking cookies may affect some site functions and may not stop all processing. Google also offers the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Its effect depends on your browser and device and does not guarantee that all data processing will stop.

    Retention and security

    GA4 data retention depends on the data-retention setting in the Google Analytics property.

    No website, email, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

    Children’s privacy

    This general-information site is not directed to children under 13, and it does not currently offer account registration or a web inquiry form. The site does not knowingly ask children to submit personal information through its pages.

    Privacy choices and requests

    In the United States, privacy rights vary by state, by the type of information and processing, and by the laws that apply to the operator. Where a right is available, it may include requesting access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain information, or asking to opt out of particular processing. Eligibility, exceptions, verification steps, and appeal rights vary.

    Do not include a Social Security number, financial account number, or other highly sensitive identifier in an initial privacy request. Additional details may be requested to verify identity or authority where applicable law permits or requires it.

    The Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on described above is a browser-level option, not a determination of any statutory opt-out right.

    Third-party links and independent providers

    The site may link to public agencies, other information sources, or independent service providers. An external link takes you to a separate organization with its own policies. Review that organization’s privacy notice before giving it information.

    Biohazard Cleanup Connect does not perform cleanup or waste-disposal work. A site inquiry is not a booking or guarantee of a response or service. Your call is forwarded through our referral partner to a biohazard cleanup company that serves your area.

    Changes to this notice

    The operator may revise this notice if the website or its data practices change.
